1. Original Termk materials
Unless identified as third-party material, the original text, interface design, layout, documentation, localization, software, and other application and website materials created for Termk are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
No transfer of ownership or licence is made merely because material is publicly viewable on this website or available through the application.
2. Permitted use
You may view this website, link to its public pages, and use the Termk application as made available through its official distribution channel. Applicable law may provide additional rights that this notice does not limit.
Except where permitted by law or a separate written licence, you may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, redistribute, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing product from protected Termk materials.
3. Third-party materials
Some materials are owned by third parties and remain subject to their respective licences:
- Koboyo Icons artwork: selected cat and symbol artwork is used and adapted under the Koboyo Icons licence. The artwork is embedded as part of the larger Termk product and is not offered as a standalone icon library or extractable asset collection. Rights in the underlying artwork remain with their respective owner.
- Noto Sans Arabic: the bundled typeface is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Open-source software: third-party software components remain governed by their own copyright notices and open-source licences. Those licences control where they grant rights broader than this notice.
4. Names, branding, and platform marks
The Termk name, visual identity, and product presentation may be protected under applicable trademark, passing-off, unfair-competition, or similar laws. This notice does not claim that Termk is a registered trademark.
Google Play, Android, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Z.ai, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or service roles and does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated by the owner.

For a copyright, licensing, or other intellectual-property inquiry, contact the developer using the support details on the official Termk Google Play listing. Include enough detail to identify the material and the basis of the request.
